Victim or Victorious?
Any Young Republicans, men and women, interested in being the latter and learning to fight back against an attacker are welcome to join us for this one-night basic self-defense class. Learn new skills, brush up on old ones, and add to your arsenal against an attack.
Our instructor, Chris Mark, himself a young republican, is a sixth-degree black belt affiliate of the Patriot Close Combat Consultants.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in easily. Bring your keys, and a book and magazine if possible, as the instructor will be teaching us techniques for using things you often have on hand as weapons.

Feel free to bring your own water and snack or sack supper, as just light snacks will be provided.
No charge to attend our class, but be sure to RSVP that you will be attending, on the Facebook event page or by the “Contact Us” link here, as we do have a limited number of mats and space. For anyone who has not been to the Republican Party of Bexar County headquarters before, you’ll find us on the fifth floor of the office building (the eastern one of the twin high rises).
